An excellent game. Bala took the lead after about 30 minutes, but Llan struck back in a crazy five minute period, when 3 goals were scored (by Sam Marrs, James Blackmore and Simon Williams) just before half time.

Bala pulled one back early in the second half and then equalised with a penalty. The home team went in front again until Llan equalised late in the game, with a goal from Jamie Roberts, to force extra time.

Dan Hughes had to leave the field injured and having used their subs, left Llan to battle on with only 10 men. A goal-less first period of extra time, and then Bala took the lead again in the second half. Llan almost immediatley replied only for the ball to strike the post. More and more players were showing signs of cramp and late into the game Bala scored again to put the tie safe.

Full credit goes to both teams who contributed to a very entertaining game.
